PRESENTING

The Macchiato

Ingredients

  1. 1 dl of milk
  2. Coffee Beans
  3. Sugar and/or cocoa powder (as desired)
  4. Espresso cup (approx. 70ml)

Preparation

  1. Steam the milk directly into the espresso cup.
  2. Extract the espresso
  3. Sprinkle with cocoa powder
PRESENTING

The Cappucino

Ingredients:

  1. 1 dl of milk
  2. Coffee Beans
  3. Cocoa powder (as desired)
  4. Sugar
  5. Cappuccino cup (approx. 140 ml)

Preparation:

  1. Steam the milk: first, only use a little air – just to heat the milk. Then, when using more air, the milk will turn into foam.
  2. Extract the espresso
PRESENTING

The Caffè Latte

Ingredients:

  1. Milk (approx. 1,5 dl)
  2. Coffee Beans
  3. Sugar (as desired)
  4. A glass (approx. 160 ml)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat ¾ of the glass of milk (opposite to the steaming, the milk must be mixed with less air)
  2. Extract the espresso
PRESENTING

Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 2 soup spoons of whipped cream
  2. 3 cubes of sugar
  3. 1 cup full of strong hot coffee
  4. 4 soup spoons of Irish whiskey
  5. An Irish-coffee heat-resistant glass

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the glass with hot water
  2. Pour the sugar and the whiskey into the glass
  3. Pour the coffee and stir
  4. Set whipped thick cream on drink – do not stir
